These terms cover your use of elevated.sg. They are not the contract for design or renovation work — that is a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, the signed agreement governs.
A portfolio and an introduction to the studio. Images of completed projects and 3D renderings are shown to illustrate our work. Renderings are visualisations, not photographs, and a built result varies with site conditions, materials available at the time, and the decisions made during the project.
Nothing on this site is a quotation or a binding offer. Any figure mentioned here is indicative. A price becomes binding only in a written quotation issued for your specific property and signed by both parties.
The photography, renderings, drawings, text and design of this site belong to ELEVATED. You may share links to the site freely. Do not reproduce the images or copy substantial portions of the text into your own material without asking us first, which is usually a short conversation and often a yes.
We keep the site current and correct to the best of our ability, but we do not warrant that every detail is accurate or complete at every moment. Project details, specifications and availability change.
Where we link to another site or platform, we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, which cannot be limited under Singapore law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
