Privacy Policy

ELEVATED is an interior design studio in Singapore. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to meet the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

• When you contact us — your name, phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us about your property and your project. Most enquiries reach us by WhatsApp, so the message history sits in WhatsApp as well as our records.
• When you visit elevated.sg — your browser sends an IP address and user-agent string, which our web server records in standard access logs. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies to identify you.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To carry out design and renovation work you have engaged us for.
• To keep records we are required to keep, such as contracts and invoices.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Only where the work requires it: contractors and suppliers engaged on your project, and the services that carry our messages and files. We share the minimum needed and we do not pass your contact details to anyone marketing to you.

Our social media accounts

We publish our own portfolio to platforms including TikTok and Facebook. That content is our own photography and renderings. Publishing it involves no personal data belonging to you, and we do not collect data about the people who view or follow those accounts beyond the aggregate figures the platforms show every account holder.

If you contact us through a social platform, that platform handles your message under its own privacy policy, and we then hold it as described above.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years. Project records are kept for seven years, which is the retention period Singapore tax and contract records generally require.

Your rights under the PDPA

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Withdraw consent to further contact, at any time.

Write to us on the number below and we will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer proceed with work in progress, and we will say so plainly if that is the case.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Project records are held on accounts protected by passwords and two-factor authentication. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
